$20 per night per horse. Spacious 12' x 24' stalls available allow your horse to stretch his legs during your layover.

Texas A&M University hosts special events throughout the year, including home football games, graduation, Parent's Weekend, and more. Reservations during these dates require a 2-night minimum stay.

We are not able to accomodate dogs in our bunk room. Guest dogs are not permitted on the property.
Due to the high risk of fast spreading fire in pastures, no smoking will be tolerated on the property. If you smoke inside the bunk room, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
Wagner Ranch is located in a peaceful, rural community. Noise that can be heard from any other property will not be permitted between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Wagner Ranch does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for sufficient and appropriate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at the property.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any and all damages to the property resulting from their stay.
Wagner Ranch reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any rental should the conduct of any person cause any detriment to the property or to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
